ABOUT VIRGIN ISLANDS ECOTOURS
KAYAK, HIKE, & SNORKEL TOURS
Virgin Islands Ecotours is the Caribbean’s premier adventure company offering exciting, family-friendly eco tours in the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are the leading ecotourism company in the Virgin Islands and have received numerous awards of excellence over the past 23 years from the Cruise Industry: locally voted “BEST OF” newspaper awards, international magazine awards and TripAdvisor’s Certificates of Excellence awards.
Our tours are enjoyed by individuals, couples, families, corporate groups, private parties, wedding parties and school groups. We can accommodate groups small and large.
If you’re looking for a true Virgin Islands experience in America’s Paradise, then look no further. Our goal is to introduce our guests to the natural wonders of St Thomas and St John – their beautiful waters, magnificent beaches, rare historic structures, and immerse them in the culture to create wonderful, everlasting memories and friendships.
With Virgin Islands Ecotours you can experience adventures on two of the most unparalleled environments in the Virgin Islands: a protected mangrove lagoon that is a sanctuary for exotic birds, and a picture-perfect, tropical paradise at Honeymoon Beach at Caneel Bay Resort on the island of St John.
We pride ourselves on having the friendliest guides and staff in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our guides take your safety seriously and all are CPR qualified and First Aid trained. Many of our guides have attended National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and have worked with Outward Bound programs, Wilderness First Response, Leave No Trace, and have lifeguard and EMT certifications and training.
All our professionally guided adventure tours include single or tandem, easy to paddle sit-on-top kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, snorkel gear, paddling and snorkeling instruction, free lockers, showers for rinsing, snack and bottled water, and we serve lunch (and do our best to accommodate dietary preferences) with our 5 hour tours.
