Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable but we aim to be as flexible as possible and will work with you if you give us a call beforehand!
Health and Safety
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
Virgin Islands Ecotours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate.
Some tours may involve physical activity; participants must disclose any relevant health conditions.
Liability
Virgin Islands Ecotours is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
Participants join tours at their own risk.
Changes and Cancellations
Virgin Islands Ecotours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
