You can pick up your kayak at the Virgin Islands Ecotours Outfitter Store in the Mongoose Junction Shopping Center in Cruz Bay. Just head to the back parking lot and our team will have your kayak and gear ready to go. Pickup is quick and hassle-free.
Can you deliver kayaks to my villa or beach location?
Yes, we offer convenient delivery directly to your villa, rental car, or a nearby beach access point. Delivery must be scheduled in advance, and you’ll be asked to confirm the time and location during booking.
Can I add snorkel gear to my kayak rental?
Yes. You can add high-quality snorkel gear to your kayak rental for a full week. The set includes a silicone mask, snorkel, adjustable fins, and a life jacket, allowing you to explore St. John’s reefs and seagrass beds with ease.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking is fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your tour.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
Tours operate rain or shine (with the exception of lightning). In the rare case that weather prevents us from running the tour, we will gladly provide a full refund.
