We’re so excited to share that Bikinis Dockside Bar & Grill is officially OPEN on St. Thomas.

This new eatery is the sister restaurant to Bikinis on the Beach, located on Honeymoon Beach, St. John.

Our new concept is waterfront dining right inside the unique ecosystem, which allows diners to experience the natural beauty of the mangroves from their tables.

The menu was created by Chef Sam Maricchow, who was previously at Coki Beach and the Ritz-Carlton, St Thomas. You’ll find a mix of fresh salads, wraps, burgers, pizza, and satisfying entrees.

For nature lovers, it’s the perfect spot for before and after your mangrove adventures. Food and drinks can also be taken to-go and enjoyed as a picnic lunch over on Happy Island.

For VI locals, Bikinis Dockside Bar & Grill serves as a peaceful break in your day – whether you’re running errands and need a lunch stop, or are looking for a drink in the fresh air after a long day at work.

At Bikinis Dockside, it’s Happy Hour all day, every day. Pop in to see what drink discounts are our Happy Hour Special of the Day – everything from local beers, wine, sangria, and more!

Sunsets are extra special in the mangrove lagoon. While you sip on your Happy Hour drinks, you’ll be able to watch the birds and other island critters come alive during the “magic hour” as they prepare for nightfall. Want to get up close and personal? Join us for a Sunset Kayak Tour!

You can find this new St. Thomas bar and restaurant at 6526 Estate Nadir #2 St. Thomas, VI 00802—one tenth of a mile from the intersection of Routes 30 & 32 driving towards Red Hook. It’s on the right-hand side, where you’ll see a sign for Virgin Islands EcoTours (340-779-2155). Here we are on the map!
