OUR CARIBBEAN BBQ – NOW ON ST. THOMAS!

February 24, 2022
A bunch of meat is being cooked on skewers on a grill.

When it comes to food, we want it to be both satisfying AND fun. It’s why we feature tacos on our menus at Bikinis (few foods are more fun than tacos, right?!), and it’s also why we’ve decided to host lunchtime BBQs on St. Thomas at Bikinis Dockside Bar & Grill.

There’s something about barbecue that makes your brain relax. Barbecues are a time to chill out, to live slow, and to savor hearty foods fresh off the grill over good beer and even better conversation. And nothing beats that irresistible smell of grilling!

May you always be surrounded by good friends and better barbecue.

Our newly added lunchtime BBQs in the Mangrove Lagoon are just that – a delicious midday meal you can relish in the island sunshine.

We have several platter varieties you can choose from:

  • Smoked Rib Tips & Pulled Pork
  • Calypso BBQ Chicken
  • Mojo Mahi Mahi
  • Paradise Veggie Platter

Our platters are served up with all the fixings, both hot and cold. You will not leave here hungry! Complete the meal with ice cold island beer or cocktails from our bar.

Lunchtime BBQs are now happening daily from 11:3oam – 3pm. Grab some friends and snag a table on the dock to lime in the Lagoon.

Want to make a day of it? Join us for a tour (Cas Cay is our most popular!), or rent kayaks or stand-up paddle boards to explore this unique eco system on your own.

BBQ platters can also be taken to-go, if you’re on the move.

Reservations can be made here.

We look forward to grillin’ it up with you the next time you’re visiting us in the mangroves!
