Now You Can Dine on the Dock in the Mangroves on St. Thomas

We’re excited to share that there’s a new restaurant opening on St. Thomas.

Join us starting December 26th in the Mangrove Lagoon to welcome Bikinis Dockside Bar & Grill!

Our Bikinis on the Beach eatery on Honeymoon Beach, St. John has been a popular spot for many years, so we’re excited to bring the Bikinis fun over to St. Thomas.

Local chef, Sam Marrishow, has been on island for years between Coki Beach and the Ritz Carlton. He looks forward to cooking up creative, satisfying dishes with an island flair for breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner.

Bikinis Dockside Bar & Grill will be open daily, serving up BBQ off the grill, artisan pizzas, burgers, and more. The best part? We’re featuring Happy Hour drink specials ALL DAY, EVERY DAY.

The dockside location in the mangroves is perfect for nature lovers. Not only will you be dining in the fresh island air, you’ll also be able to soak up the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem.

Bikinis will share the space with Virgin Islands EcoTours, which makes it a convenient spot to make an adventure out of your meal. Dine on the dock, or take your food to-go with you on a kayak as you explore the lagoon and picnic on Happy Island.
