We had EcoTours deliver a kayak and SUP to the dock before we departed for a week-long catamaran charter. They coordinated with the yacht company and had the equipment ready as requested and also picked up when we returned. Very smooth and efficient operation.

What is included with a stand-up paddleboard rental in St. John?
Your SUP rental includes a paddleboard, paddle, and life jacket. Upon request, we can provide paddling tips, route suggestions, and directions to nearby beaches and coves. Snorkel gear rentals are also available as an add-on.
Where do I pick up my SUP rental in St. John?
You can pick up your paddleboard at the Virgin Islands Ecotours Outfitter Store, located in the back parking lot of the Mongoose Junction Shopping Center in Cruz Bay. Pickup is fast and convenient so you can start exploring the coastline within minutes.
Do you offer delivery for SUP rentals?
Yes. We offer delivery to your villa, rental car, or nearby beach for added convenience. A delivery or pickup fee applies, and you’ll be asked to indicate your preferred time and location during booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking is fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your tour.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
Tours operate rain or shine (with the exception of lightning). In the rare case that weather prevents us from running the tour, we will gladly provide a full refund.
