SUP – Standup Paddleboards

Standup Paddleboards are the newest craze that everyone is trying on St. Thomas and St. John. A vigorous watersport activity, standup paddleboards (or SUPs) are challenging and endlessly fun. Once you get the hang of it and get used to balancing, you can paddle around, grazing the surface of the water all day. Explore the beaches, race your friends on their SUP, or even do yoga on the water!


Virgin Islands Ecotours offers SUPs to rent for the week or for the day. We also plan on developing a SUP tour, filled with fun, excitement, and one that gets your blood pumping! Stay tuned to see what we come up with!
